Virtual Sun tanning beds are proudly made in America, at our Jemison, Alabama factory. Rather than just assemble imported parts, the vast majority of the system is created onsite using custom cut and designed aircraft grade aluminum frames and an ABS shell cut and molded using special equipment that we built specifically for Virtual Sun tanning beds. In other words, we not only build the tanning beds, we build the tools that build the tanning beds.

Virtual Sun tanning beds are designed to be a simpler version of the SunMaster tanning bed. They are longer than most, but about average in width for home tanning beds. They use similar electronics and lamps, and represent a great value for the budget minded customer who wants SunMaster like quality at a lower price. The are produced in the same factory, by the same technicials, as SunMaster tanning beds.
